Who we are
Our website address is: http://christmasundertheedge.co.uk. We are a team of volunteers working to support Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, by running an annual Christmas event, Christmas Under the Edge.
Forms
When visitors fill in our forms on the site we collect the data shown in the forms. This includes your email address, postal address, telephone number(s) and any other pertinent data to the stall booking. This will also record the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you visit our page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

For users that register for a stall at an event, we store the personal information they provide for a period of 7 years after the last provision of that data.

Suggested text: If you have registered for a stall you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
